Privacy Policy

Sleep Pattern Lab helps you compare sleep, activity, heart, and fitness metrics from Apple Health. Your Apple Health data is processed on your iPhone. We do not sell your data, track you, or use Health data for advertising, marketing, or data mining.

With your permission, the app reads the Apple Health categories you choose, such as sleep duration and stages, activity, heart, fitness, and body metrics, so it can show trends and correlations. You can change or remove this access at any time in the Health app or iPhone Settings.

The app does not require an account and does not upload Apple Health data to our servers. If you contact us, we receive the name, email address, subject, and message you choose to send so we can reply.

We do not share Apple Health data with third parties. Contact form messages may be processed by our anti-spam and email delivery providers only to receive and respond to your message, and they are expected to protect that information consistently with this policy.

Health data remains under your control on your device, in Apple Health, and in the app. Deleting the app removes app-local data from your device. Contact messages are kept only as long as needed for support and ordinary business records; contact us to request deletion of a message you sent.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
